These answers describe the current engagement model. For a store-specific question, send the minimum useful context through the assessment form.

Which stores does Magentary support?
We work on established Magento and OpenMage stores that need maintenance, modernization, security, performance or difficult production troubleshooting.
What is the practical path for an existing Magento 1 store?
Current OpenMage is usually the default modernization path. It preserves the established store model while enabling a maintained application and runtime baseline.
Should every Magento 1 store migrate to Magento 2?
No. Magento 2 is considered after a business and technical assessment shows that its benefits justify migration cost, operational disruption and ongoing ownership requirements.
What happens after I submit a request?
We review the supplied context and reply by email with an initial assessment. We may ask for additional technical information before proposing scope and pricing.
Are prices published online?
Not currently. Work is priced after the store and request are understood.
Is emergency support available to new clients?
Emergency support is primarily for existing maintenance clients. New-client incidents may be assessed individually, but submitting a request does not create an availability or response-time guarantee.
How should access credentials be shared?
Do not send passwords, private keys, database exports or customer data through the public form. If access is needed after the initial assessment, we will agree a secure channel and the minimum required access.
Can Magentary work as a white-label subcontractor?
Yes. We can work confidentially through a web agency or hosting provider while the partner retains the end-client relationship.
What work is outside the service scope?
We do not offer new-store builds, visual design, marketing or SEO delivery, new extension development, or long-term staff augmentation.
